Jiovanny Restrepo brings over two decades of commercial real estate expertise, spanning nationwide brokerage leadership, institutional asset sales execution, and strategic housing initiatives across the Southeastern United States. As the Founder and Managing Principal of Ark One Advisors and Director of Commercial Real Estate Asset Sales at Hilco Global, Jiovanny pairs broad institutional transaction experience with focused development vision.

Holding real estate broker licenses in both Tennessee and Florida, Jiovanny specializes in commercial asset positioning, site evaluation, and institutional advisory. His work in affordable housing development focuses on identifying and scoring high-potential development parcels, leveraging geographic data, local zoning frameworks, and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) structures to deliver multi-family affordable housing projects exceeding 100+ units.

An alumnus of Florida International University, where he studied International Business, Jiovanny applies a data-driven approach to land evaluation, tax incentive alignment, and public-private housing partnerships—bridging complex capital structures with long-term community growth.
